\u00a0When I first created My Mind, My Body, My Spirit, My Journal<\/em>, I knew what I wanted it to be.<\/p>\n

I wanted it to be more than a book filled with blank pages.<\/p>\n

I wanted to create a space where women could slow down, check in with themselves, release what they were carrying, recognize their progress, and be intentional about their growt<\/p>\n

What I didn\u2019t fully understand at the time was how much creating the journal would teach me too.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As I approach its first anniversary on December 9, I\u2019ve been thinking a lot about this first year\u2014not only about what I created, but about what I\u2019ve learned while trying to build something meaningful around it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Creating Something and Building Something Are Different<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Creating the journal came from a place of purpose.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I knew the kinds of pages I wanted to include. Reflection. Gratitude. Anxiety check-ins. Brain dumps. Weekly wins. Challenges. Affirmations. Space to simply write.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Building a business around that creation has been a different kind of learning experience.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

There are so many journals, planners, workbooks, and wellness products available. At times, it has been easy to wonder where mine fits or whether there is room for what I created.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

But I\u2019m learning that purpose isn\u2019t always measured by how loudly something enters the room.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sometimes the work is simply to keep showing up, keep learning, keep improving, and keep remembering why you started.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Growth Doesn\u2019t Always Look the Way You Expect<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

I think one of the biggest lessons from this year has been letting go of the idea that growth has to look a certain way.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sometimes growth is visible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sometimes it looks like a sale, a new opportunity, a conversation, or someone telling you that something you created helped them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Other times, growth is quieter.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It looks like learning something new.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Changing your approach.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Admitting when something isn\u2019t working.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Becoming clearer about your message.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Growing in confidence.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Or continuing even when the results haven\u2019t caught up with the vision yet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve had moments of excitement this year, but I\u2019ve also had moments of doubt.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m learning that both can exist while you are still moving forward.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Staying Connected to the Why<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

This season has also reminded me to stay connected to the deeper purpose behind Eunique Minds.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

For me, this journey isn\u2019t only about creating products.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

It\u2019s about creating tools that encourage people to pause long enough to hear themselves again.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To reflect.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To reset.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To acknowledge what they\u2019ve survived, what they\u2019ve learned, and where they want to go next.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

That purpose still matters to me.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Maybe even more now than it did when the journal first launched.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

One Year Later<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

A year later, I don\u2019t have a perfectly polished story tied up with a bow.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m actually okay with that.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I\u2019m still learning.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still creating.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still adjusting.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still asking questions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Still growing in my faith, my purpose, and the way I want Eunique Minds to serve people.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And My Mind, My Body, My Spirit, My Journal<\/em> is still doing what I created it to do:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

making room for reflection, encouragement, growth, and intentional moments\u2014one page at a time.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

So as December 9 approaches, I\u2019m not only celebrating a journal turning one.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I\u2019m celebrating the courage it took to create it, the lessons that came with sharing it, and the growth that is still unfolding.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is only one chapter.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m grateful I kept turning the page.<\/p>\n
