I’ve  been so busy and extremely stress out with law school but my journal has really gotten me through. When it seemed like there was nobody to understand the stress, I found that writing down my emotions really helped me get through my days!

Ronaye Brooks

this journal is beautiful and an intentional space for women to pause, breathe, and pour back into yourself. The prompts feel supportive and affirming and helps me set my goals. If you’re looking for a gentle companion on your self-care and growth journey, this is it!

Kisha Contreras

Dedicating this journal to your mom was one of the most beautiful things you could do. It shows your gratefulness, faithfulness, and strong belief in God. I love the colors, photos, charts, and questions. The journal helped me open up about things I need to work on and recognize areas I hadn’t realized needed attention.

About the Creator

Meet Portia Jackson

Author, creator, and founder of Eunique Minds LLC.

Eunique Minds was created from my own journey of learning to slow down, reflect, and pay attention to what my mind, body, and spirit needed. What began as a personal need for space to process and reset grew into resources designed to help women and children build confidence, practice intentional reflection, and make room for growth.

Through journals, affirmations, handwriting resources, and reflective wellness tools, my goal is to create something that feels useful, encouraging, and uniquely yours.

Need Five Minutes for You?

Sometimes you don’t need to solve everything. You just need a moment to pause, check in, and clear a little space in your mind.
